1. What are the pay periods at Valiant Solutions?
The pay periods are the 1st thru 15th of each month (first pay period) and the 16th thru the last day of each month (second pay period).

2. When do I get paid?
You are paid on the 22nd for the first pay period of the month and the 7th for the 2nd pay period (provided you get your timesheets in on time). If the 7th or 22nd falls on a weekend, you will be paid on the following Monday.

3. When are timesheets due? Where do I send them?
Timesheets are due within 24 hours after the end of each pay period and must be signed by your supervisor. You can fax your timesheet to 919.882.0956 or email it to accounting@valiantsolutions.com .

4. I was unable to submit my signed timesheet within 24 hours after the pay period. Will I still get paid on the 7th or 22nd of the month?
The ONLY way to guarantee you are paid on time is to submit your timesheet within 24 hours of the end of the pay period. If you are late submitting your timesheet, Valiant Solutions cannot guarantee that you will be paid on the scheduled pay date; however we will make every effort to make sure you are paid on time.

5. My supervisor is not available to sign my timesheet. What should I do?
Send an email to accounting@valiantsolutions.com explaining the situation. Be sure to include when you expect to obtain the necessary signature and submit your timesheet.

6. Who do I talk to if I have questions about my health insurance?

7. I received my paycheck through Direct Deposit, but it doesn’t equal what I was expecting. Who do I contact?
Send an email to accounting@valiantsolutions.com explaining the situation. We will reply back to you as soon as we have all the necessary information.

8. Is there a way I can see my pay stub online?
Yes. Soon after your employment starts, you will receive instructions via mail that show you how to login to the site and view your current or previous pay stubs. If you do not receive this document, please email accounting@valiantsolutions.com .

9. Who do I contact if I want to discuss an increase in my salary or hourly rate?
Your salary/hourly rate is generally reviewed on an annual basis. If you believe it should be reviewed outside of that timeframe, contact your Valiant Solutions Account Manager. If you are unsure who your Account Manager is, send an email to info@valiantsolutions.com.
