Valiant Solutions has policies and procedures in place to ensure that employees take full advantage of their time with Valiant Solutions. These policies and procedures allow for employees and Valiant Solutions to be protected at all times. We value our employees and our professional reputation. We want to be proactive and provide guidance to employees for issues concerning policies and procedures. We have provided a list below of our current procedures. Additional questions can be directed to the appropriate Valiant Solutions Account Manager or via email to info@valiantsolutions.com.

Process for Timesheets:

The employee and their immediate supervisor must sign all timesheets. Timesheets are due within 24 hours of the end of the pay period, which are the 15th and the last day of each month.

If timesheets are not received within 24 hours, employees may not receive their paycheck or direct deposit on time.

Reimbursement of Expenses:

Reimbursement for expenses must be pre-authorized and the employee must provide all receipts. If an employee does not have pre-authorization or a receipt, the employee will not be reimbursed for expenses.

Sick Days/Personal Days:

If an employee is unable to work due to illness or other personal matters, the employee must contact the direct supervisor before the start of the workday. The employee must also notify the appropriate Valiant Solutions Account Manager. If an employee is unsure who the Valiant Solutions Account Manager is the employee should email info@valiantsolutions.com.

If an employee does not contact both parties, Valiant Solutions reserves the right to withhold wages from salaried employees for their absence. Contract employees may face termination.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

If an employee is requesting PTO, the employee must ask permission from both the employee’s direct supervisor as well as the Valiant Solutions Account Manager. The employee must have available PTO prior to the request. If an employee does not have available PTO, but they need to request time off, the employee will not be compensated for those hours. For more information regarding PTO, please refer to the Employee Handbook.

Resignation of Position:

If an employee or contractor is resigning from their position as a Valiant Solutions employee or consultant, they must submit a letter of resignation in writing. Employees must give two weeks’ notice before terminating their employment. Valiant Solutions also reserves the right to seek additional damages due to a breach in contract if Valiant Solutions should incur additional costs. Valiant Solutions reserves the right to terminate an employee or contractor with or without cause.

Drug-Free Workplace:

Valiant Solutions is a drug-free workplace. Employees are not allowed to participate in any drug related activity. Doing so would be cause for immediate termination.

Protection of Material & Security Breaches:

In most cases, Valiant Solutions employees work off-site at client locations. It is imperative that we protect our customer’s material at all times. This includes Valiant Solutions confidential information as well as the customer’s confidential information (i.e. user names, passwords, etc.). A security breach of any kind would be cause for immediate termination.

Should the employee have additional questions, please refer to the Valiant Solutions Employee Handbook or contact the appropriate Valiant Solutions Account Manager.
