Brittany joined Valiant Solutions in December 2014 and has over a decade of experience encompassing various leadership roles. She is driven to deliver the best and brings clarity and focus to a broad area of responsibilities. She leads Valiant’s timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to federal business opportunities, from pre-RFP to post-submission activities.

She fully grasps government requirements, strategically defines project goals and deliverables and ensures that client satisfaction is maintained and objectives are met. She also oversees the organization’s mission to maintain quality systems, improve processes, and assure adherence to standards. Brittany enjoys working collaboratively to achieve successful results and no matter which hat she’s wearing, her goal remains the same–to empower organizations and thought leaders to differentiate themselves and drive measurable results through consistent processes and game-changing content.

Brittany holds an M.B.A from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Maryland as well. She is certified as a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified APMP Proposal Management Professional (CF APMP), ScrumMaster (CSM), and Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems. Brittany resides in Fallston, Maryland with her husband, Colin, son, Brody, and mischievous Goldendoodle, Penny. Outside of Valiant, she describes herself as a cookie enthusiast, crab cake connoisseur, and amateur movie critic.
