“If I could be known for one thing more than any other in my approach, it’s that I create management teams that are watchdogs for delivering value to the client in line with defined priorities and consensus desired outcomes. Teaching managers and employees to constantly seek out opportunities to advance client initiatives is the most rewarding part of the job.”
