Kendra joined Valiant in 2016 and brings more than 20 years of progressive human resources and leadership experience. She oversees all aspects of HR strategy, including benefits administration, performance management, payroll, policy design, compensation, compliance, training, and organizational development.
As Facility Security Officer, Kendra manages the day-to-day operations of Valiant’s non-possessing facility, with responsibility for personnel, information, and security awareness programs in accordance with the NISPOM.

Kendra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is SHRM-certified and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and previously held Professional in Human Resources and Certified Payroll Practitioner credentials.

Born and raised in Kansas, Kendra lives in Lawrence, Kansas with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, reading, traveling, and time with friends and family.
