Washington Business Journal Names Valiant "Best Place to Work" for Second Year in a Row
Valiant Solutions, a recognized leader in Federal IT solutions, is excited to announce its award of the Washington Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" for 2016. This is the second consecutive year that Valiant has received this honor. "Valiant has seen tremendous growth over the last few years and that success is a direct result of our commitment to invest in our employees. We strive every day to be a great place to work and this positive feedback really highlights that commitment, says CEO Matt Raydo.
"Best Places to Work" honors the Greater Washington area's leading companies that go above and beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. Maintaining a culture of inclusivity where people can thrive, both personally and professionally, is very important to Valiant. "Our people make Valiant a great company and great place to work. It's gratifying to know that our employees see Valiant as a place where they feel happy, appreciated, and valued. We are passionate about the success of our clients and unified in building a great company," says Raydo.
Companies were selected based on the results of an anonymous employee survey that assessed a number of areas including personal growth, managerial effectiveness, trust in senior leadership, work engagement and overall workplace satisfaction. Valiant retains its staff of innovative personnel by fostering a culture of open communication, honesty and collaboration. The Washington Business Journal will honor Valiant and the other honorees at an evening celebration on June 9 at the Arena Stage in Washington, DC
